August 4, 2004 / The Cannon Center Pavilion, which UAD worked on with Acconci Studios, was featured in the July/August issue of Sculpture Magazine. The piece, entitled "Roof Like a Liquid Flung Over the Plaza", is a highly curvilinear steel design that is situated in the courtyard of the Cannon Center for the Performing Arts in Memphis, TN. July 30, 2004 / The Gipsy Trail residence has been featured in another magazine. The August/September issue of Metropolis has an extensive article on the residence, with a detailed look at the unique architecture.

Another UAD project, Acconci Studio's West 8th MTA Street Station in Coney Island, was honored at the 22nd Annual Art Commission Awards. The unique MTA project, which is currently under construction, was recognized for its unique and progressive design. July 6, 2004 / New photos of the custom lobby reception desk and column covers of One Penn Plaza have been added to the Architectural Metals section.

One of UAD's past projects, the Gipsy Trail residence, was featured in the July issue of Architectural Record. The central master bath space of the residence was featured in the Kitchen and Bath Portfolio, highlighting the unique space designed by Winka Dubbeldam of Archi-tectonics. link

June 25, 2004 / Additional photos have been added to the Architectural Metals page for the new Jamaica Airtrain Station currently under construction. The Jamaica Airtrain Station is an expansion of the existing LIRR Station in Jamaica, Queens, providing a connection to the JFK Airport.

June 21, 2004 / New photos of New York MTA projects have been added to the Transit Structures page. The projects include the 2/5 East Tremont and 174th street elevated stations in Bronx, and the 1/9 stations from 125th to 103th street in Manhattan.
